One of the historic Pracheen Bala Hanuman Mandir is situated on the banks of River Yamuna near Nigambodh Ghat and Inter State Rana Pratap Bus Terminal in Connaught Place, North New Delhi area in India. This temple is claimed to be one of the five temples of the Greatest Indian Epic MAHABHARAT days in Delhi built by Pandavas.
This Temple, which has a self manifest idol of Hanuman, has an unusual feature fixed in the Spire (Viman) in the form of a Crescent Moon (Islamic Symbol). This became particularly important during the Mughal period corroborating this extra-ordinary depiction.
