Tall statue
of Lord Anjaneya Hanuman is located at beautiful coastal village PAKALA belongs
to Singarayakonda mandal under Prakasam district in the Indian state of ANDHRA
PRADESH. Pakala is belongs to Andhra region and situated around 31 kms towards
south from district head quarters Ongole, 5 kms east of Singarayakonda, 3 kms
north of Ullapalem and 338 kms from the state capital city Hyderabad on
the shore of the Bay of Bengal with sea on the east.
Pakala is
the largest gram panchayat and a very beautiful village located on a famous
canal called ‘Buckingham Canal’ passing over it with green trees, beautiful
birds, animals and sun rising in the sea.
Lord
Anjaneya Hanuman statue welcomes folks into the village. It is a collaborative
effort of Pakala villagers in year 2010.
